Service Plans T&Cs

Service Plans

1. Our service plans are available on all makes and models of hot tubs and swim spas.

2. The first Silver Service will be booked in 3 months from your initial payment date. The first Gold Service will be booked in 12 months from your initial payment date. If you require an earlier booking date, please contact Aeron Spa Care to discuss your needs. This is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of Aeron Spa Care.


3. All plans are 12-month agreements. You have the right to cancel your service plan at any time, but there will be no refund of any payments towards the service plan after 30 days of the initial payment. Any service or benefits that are included, will be void on the day of cancellation, confirmed via email from info@aeronspacare.co.uk.


4. The initial payment will be taken on the same date as sign-up.

 

5. All prices listed for the service plans, include 20 miles of travel from Clevedon, North Somerset. Onward mileage will be charged at £1.00 per mile. This will be sent via invoice on the day of the service booking. The invoice is to be paid within the terms stated on the invoice.


6. Your plan will auto-renew on an annual basis unless you give us 7 working days' notice before the renewal date.


7. If you miss a payment, your plan (including benefits) will be suspended until payments are up to date.


8. Aeron Spa Care has the right to withdraw any discount, benefits and/or offers at any time.

 

9. Aeron Spa Care has the right to withdraw any service plan at any time.

10. All service bookings will be made within the availability of the engineers at that time.


11. It is your responsibility to allow us access to your property on your service day. If an appointment is made and we cannot gain access then a charge may be applicable due to the wasted visit.
